The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) program is created to bridge the gap between lack of opportunities for adults and the need for qualified tech talent in Charlotte, NC.
The Youth Technology Apprenticeship Cohorts (YTAC) program is created to engage high school students in technology and STEM topics outside of the classroom.
Stiegler EdTech is formed. The Careers in Technology Apprenticeship Cohort (CTAC) goes beyond the WIN program by expanding to Detroit, MI and Minneapolis, MN.
An esports and STEM league is created for students at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) to provide a new way of learning tech skills through esports and STEM challenges.
The NC Varsity Esports + STEM League (VESL) is created and partners with the NC school system to provide STEM and esports opportunities for all high school students in North Carolina.
